The roof had to be engineered and back propped allowing the scaffold to be built on top of steel beams and suspended over the sides.
Marine Rescue, Spit Bridge

Marine Rescue, Middle Harbour was built in 2024. Apollo Scaffold needed to install upside down standards hanging from the underside of the slab over the water.
An X-ray machine was used to find the steel to limit drilling. Ladder Beams were then added to install the perimeter around the curved slab and was shaped to assist the installation of the sloping roof.

Apollo Scaffold created a rostrum bay ladder beam setup saving labour costs and leaving 30m of the courtyard free from scaffold while the works happened.

Penhurst Girls High School Roof Replacement was built in May 2023. There was 70 Tonne of gear installed here.
We carefully installed a cantilevered scaffold over the lower roofs as not to let any weight rest on the roof.
All our workers have Working With Childrens Checks and care is taken when working in schools not to disrupt any classes

1 Beach Rd, Bondi was built in 2025 to repoint, paint and bring new life to this building which is from 1930.
We worked in to provide Engineered drawings to provide to council and the hoarding installers.
There was a lot of wind from the ocean gales so we calculated accordingly and added more ties without obstructing any works from happening.

1-5 Cook Rd, Centennial Park was installed to treat the concrete cancer and install brand new balcony tiles and ballustrades giving it a warm new look.
We installed in (x2) stages to allow the residents clear access at all times and covered the bottom 2.4m with plywood to stop any unwanted access.
This was 22m high and all gear was passed up by Apollo Scaffold.

Apollo Scaffold installed this blockwork scaffold in June 2024 on night shift as not to interfere with the busy airport schedule.
A ladder beam was installed to pass over the plant room with an access stairs to the top. Total size - 28m high x 15m long.
This was our 4th job at Sydney Airport that year. We have become a trusted contractor with Sydney Airport.

Dulwich Hill High School was built at the end of 2024. We installed a ladder beam opening to maintain an opening in and out of the building.
A full perimeter around a new build with a slanted roof. This scaffold was used for brick, roof and cladding install. The surrounding school was a live environment.

50 Walker St, Rhodes was part of Project Remediate as part of the SafeWork cladding replacement.
We carried the about 45 Tonne of scaffold 100m into the courtyard to build the each scaffold and installed cantilevers to limit gear that needed to be used.
We installed scaffshield anti tamper devices on every wall and secured the bottom with plywood.

52 Bay St, Rockdale was another project remediate job to replace cladding tiles.
It consisted of (x2) towers 28m high. We used a gin wheel to pass gear up and down safely and limit manual handling. This was a very efficient way to complete the works..
We installed a catch deck at the bottom to a rating of 10kPA to protect residents.

The other scaffolds could only fit in ladder access so we incorporated a girder beam rescue system.

273 Edgar St, Condell Park was installed in 2023 to replace an asbestos roof.
There was no access for an EWP and roof rails so a 70m long scaffold was the only option.
The other challenge we solved was a wide buttress scaffold as we couldnt drill into the sheets.
